Ashley C. Nall is a dedicated fundraising leader known for her warmth, strategic vision, and deep commitment to advancing healthcare philanthropy. Since 2013, Ashley has been making a meaningful impact at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Foundation in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she currently serves as Senior Director. In this role, Ashley expertly guides the Major, Annual, and Planned Giving teams and oversees strategic initiatives, including grateful patient and family fundraising programs that significantly support clinical services.
Ashley initially joined the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Foundation team as Campaign Manager, skillfully overseeing the institution’s successful $150 million comprehensive campaign and coordinating closely with the Campaign Steering Committee.
Prior to joining Johns Hopkins All Children’s, Ashley honed her expertise in grateful patient fundraising as a Development and Major Gifts Officer at Bayfront Medical Center for three years.
Deeply engaged in her professional community, Ashley is an active member of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP). Since 2016, she has served as faculty for the prestigious AHP Madison Institute, recently becoming Dean of the Major Gifts Initiatives and Campaign Track. In recognition of her exceptional contributions, Ashley was named to AHP’s inaugural 40 Under 40 class in 2018. She has also contributed significantly to AHP’s Southeastern and International Conference Committees.
Ashley achieved her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation in 2016 and earned her Master's Degree in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University, Shreveport, in 2020. Her remarkable contributions to philanthropy were recognized in 2021 when she received the Johns Hopkins University & Medicine Executive Excellence Award for developing the Grateful Patient Fundraising Program at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ashley gives back to her community by serving on the Canterbury School of Florida’s Board of Trustees and actively participating in St. Petersburg First United Methodist Church.
Ashley lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, with her husband Will, their 10-year-old daughter Sally Claire, and their beloved yellow lab, Biscuit.
