Before joining Paschal-Murray, Beau played a pivotal role in record-breaking fundraising at the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). During his 12 years with UNCW’s Advancement Division, Beau not only led fundraising initiatives but also chaired numerous successful search committees, significantly expanding the university’s development team.

Beau’s extensive expertise covers all facets of fundraising, including campaign readiness, developing compelling cases for support, strategic planning, donor relations, data analytics, annual and planned giving, and major gift solicitation. His strategic insights and comprehensive approach have consistently helped organizations build robust and sustainable philanthropic programs.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Marshall University and a Master of Business Administration from UNCW, Beau is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Finance and Investment Management at the same institution. His professional journey began in sales and marketing before transitioning into philanthropy, where he found his true calling.

Active in various professional associations, Beau is a member of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and the Council for Advancement & Support of Education (CASE), regularly participating in national and international conferences to deepen his expertise.

Committed to giving back, Beau has served on the Board of Directors of the Wilmington Kiwanis Club and is currently the President of the Wilmington Investors Roundtable, where he has been on the Board of Governors since 2016.
