With more than 25 years of experience across corporate and nonprofit sectors, Jeff blends creativity and strategy to inspire growth and deepen connections.

Currently serving as the Senior Director of Integrated Fundraising at San Diego Foundation—one of America's leading regional community foundations—Jeff crafts and executes comprehensive omnichannel strategies. His work drives fundraising across all levels, from one-time and monthly donations to annual and mid-level giving, directly supporting San Diego Foundation's mission to advance equity and opportunity throughout the community.

Before joining San Diego Foundation, Jeff made a significant impact as Director of Membership & Audience Management at San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance. Over his 11-year tenure, he successfully led acquisition, retention, and cultivation programs, dramatically increasing the membership base to approximately 400,000 members and more than doubling annual revenue from $26 million to over $57 million.

Jeff’s leadership also shined during his time as Chief Marketing Officer at the LGBTQ Victory Fund & Institute, a nonpartisan political action committee dedicated to electing LGBTQ leaders across all levels of government. His tenure saw donor participation quadruple and annual revenue surge by 111%, achieved through enhanced brand visibility, strategic digital outreach, and renewed focus on engaging loyal donors.

Earlier in his career, Jeff honed his marketing and communications expertise in digital marketing leadership roles at Vanguard and became a recognized brand spokesperson on QVC for major electronics corporations such as Hewlett-Packard, Panasonic, GE, Casio, Pentax, Lexmark, and Fuji.

A Philadelphia native, Jeff earned his Bachelor's degree in Communications from York College of Pennsylvania. He continues to leverage his deep expertise, warmth, and passion for building meaningful relationships to help organizations achieve lasting success.
